We are able to tailor our services to the needs of each client, and offer a
broad range of services from the valuation of damages up to and including
total claims management, subject to each customer’s individual requirements.
We operate throughout the Iberian Peninsular (mainland Spain and Portugal),
the Balearic & Canary Islands and the Azores, Gibraltar and Morocco.
OTERIN’s network of surveyors enables us, where necessary, to visit within 24
hours on non-specialist claims in any of the areas shown above. Where specialists are unavailable on the
date of loss, we would expect to visit within 48 hours. All claims are managed directly from our
Head Office in Madrid.
Our association with GAB Robins Aviation enables us to service
claims outside of the geographical areas shown above, and to provide our
clients with expertise in all fields of the aviation sector.
