siniestros serán inmediatamente atendidos por nuestra Red Pericial en
España y Portugal.
Para
evitarle problemas de comunicación y envío de instrucciones, Ud tendrá un
único contacto para todas las actuaciones que nos encargue.
Nuestros
coordinadores internacionales serán el vínculo entre Ud y los
inspectores/peritos que traten localmente su encargo. Ellos le mantendrán
informado y recibirán sus instrucciones, en idiomas español, inglés o
francés.
También
controlarán todo el proceso pericial de modo que su encargo sea gestionado
con los altos estándares a que Ud. Está acostumbrado y, al tiempo, le
mantendrán al tanto de las peculiaridades que pueden esperarse derivadas de
los sistemas legales y prácticas locales.
Nuestro
objetivo es obtener para Ud. Toda la información relevante en un tiempo
razonable, presentándole los posibles escenarios y aconsejándole sobre
ellos, de modo que pueda Ud. Tomar una decisión verdaderamente informada.

Whichever the place in the

with Adjustment Reports adapted to international standards, in English,
French or Spanish languages. All types of claims will be immediately
handled by our Network of Loss Adjusters in Spain and Portugal.
To avoid communication and instructions problems
you will have a single contact point for all incoming claims.
Our International Co-ordinators will be the link
between yourself and the surveyors/adjusters dealing locally with your
claim. They will revert and receive your instructions in either Spanish,
English or French languages.
They will also control the whole loss adjustment process so that your claim
is handled in the standards you are used to, and at the same time they will
sep you informed of the peculiarities which you can expect derived of the
local legal systems and practice.
Our aim is to obtain for you all the relevant pieces of information in a
reasonable amount of time, presenting you with the possible settlement
scenarios and giving you advice on them so that you can make a truly
informed decision.
